Delivery Details
✨ Same-Day Delivery:
Please place same-day orders by 11:00 AM EST. Missed the deadline? Give us a call—if our schedule permits, we’re happy to try and accommodate.
✨ Timing Requests:
We’ll always do our best to meet preferred delivery times, though morning deliveries cannot be guaranteed.
✨ Weather Delays:
In cases of flooding, storms, heavy winds, or snow, deliveries may be delayed until travel is safe. Your flowers will go out as soon as conditions allow.
✨ Studio Visits:
Our design studio is open by appointment only. For the quickest service, we encourage ordering through our website, where you’ll automatically receive delivery updates.

Every arrangement is created just for you, based on seasonal flower availability and your chosen price point. Market conditions may affect which varieties we can include and the overall scale of your design.
✨ Special Requests:
If you’re hoping for a specific flower type, please allow at least four days’ notice so we can source premium blooms when they’re in season and available.
✨ Recipient Availability:
Please be sure your recipient will be present at the delivery address to ensure the freshest presentation.
