Shipping, Local Delivery & Payment Information
Local Flower Delivery
Sea Isle City Florist provides local flower delivery throughout Sea Isle City and select South Jersey communities. Our arrangements are professionally designed at our shop and delivered with care.
We are a local floral delivery service and do not ship fresh flower arrangements nationwide by mail or parcel carrier. Delivery is available only within our designated local delivery area.
Delivery Fee
Our standard local delivery fee is $15 for eligible delivery areas.
Delivery availability is determined by the recipient’s ZIP code. If an address falls outside our current delivery area, please contact us before placing your order to see whether special delivery arrangements are possible.
Same-Day Flower Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed by 11:00 AM Eastern Time, subject to flower availability and our delivery schedule.
Orders received after 11:00 AM may be delivered the following available delivery day. If you need flowers urgently after the cutoff, please call us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Exact delivery times and morning delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Recipient & Delivery Information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient telephone number and any helpful delivery instructions when placing your order.
Because many Sea Isle City properties are vacation homes or seasonal rentals, please confirm that your recipient is currently in town before ordering.
If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe, shaded and protected location when weather and circumstances permit. Deliveries to hotels, businesses or other establishments may be left with an appropriate staff member according to the property’s policies.
Weather & Delivery Delays
Coastal weather can occasionally affect deliveries. Flooding, storms, high winds, snow or other unsafe travel conditions may require us to postpone a delivery.
If conditions make travel unsafe, we’ll deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible once conditions improve.
Fresh Flower Availability
Flowers are a fresh, seasonal product, and availability changes regularly. Photographs on our website represent the general style of our arrangements.
Specific flowers, colors or containers may occasionally require substitution based on availability. When substitutions are necessary, we’ll use appropriate flowers or materials of comparable style and value while preserving the overall feeling of your selection.
For specific flower or color requests, we recommend ordering at least four days in advance whenever possible.
Payment Information
Sea Isle City Florist accepts secure online payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout, including major credit cards where available.
Payment is due when your order is placed. Your order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
All applicable New Jersey sales tax, delivery charges and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout before your purchase is completed.
Returns & Problems With an Order
Because fresh flowers and plants are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we want you and your recipient to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with a delivery or floral arrangement, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
